Occasionally we have a batch of cheese that hasn’t quite hit the quality standard we look for, most often this is because the texture isn’t quite what we want. It means that while these batches might not be ideal for cheeseboards, they’re great for cheese sauces, cheese on toast or sandwiches.
This cheese has a best before date of four weeks after cutting.
